Lora Artisan-Craft
A nervous, anxious individual, Lora likes nothing better than
serenity, iced tea, and relaxing at home. Sadly, her employers at
Overdose Games feel otherwise, subjecting her to an endless stream of
life-threatening situations to adapt in their popular "Grave Robber"
video game franchise. Existing halfway between the video game
world and the real world, Lora is somewhat death-prone, but a massive
backlog of extra lives keeps her bouncing back for more. Although
British nobility by birth, Lora was raised by a family of American
armadillos, giving her a thick Texas drawl which remains strong even
after moving into her ancestral home, Artisan Manor, in Generic, England. |

Anubis
Former King of the Underworld, God of the Dead, Judge of Souls, Lord
of the Grave, Chief Executive Entrail Scrubber...Anubis has many
titles. Lurking behind his carefully-crafted veneer of mystery,
though, is a disgruntled office worker in desperate need of a
vacation. Eons ago he suffered a severe demotion when his underworld
domain (and with it the universe's most comfortable chair) was
transferred to the jurisdiction of Osiris, a decision which still
stings his sizable ego. Fond of playing mind games with the mortals
who await their final judgment at his scales, he often unnerves them
with atmospheric lighting and melodramatic ceremonial speaking. The
least social of the gods, Anubis takes especial pains to avoid
Sekhmet. |

Sekhmet
A fearsome warrior goddess, Sekhmet was originally unleashed upon the
world to quell a rebellion against the gods. Unfortunately, Sekhmet
decided to interpret "quell the rebellion" as "set anything that moves
on fire and then set the ashes on fire again." Faced with the
imminent destruction of the world, Ra hastily concocted a plan to
trick his over-zealous servant into consuming a massive amount of
alcohol. Unbelievably, it worked, leaving the once-wrathful goddess
too drunk to be a danger to anybody except Anubis and...well, okay,
she's still pretty dangerous. In order to keep her relatively
restrained in her destruction, Sekhmet must be kept constantly
hammered. For if she ever sobers up, not even the gods know what
horrors she could unleash upon the world...although as long as they
didn't involve one of her legendarily terrifying sock puppet shows,
Anubis would probably be okay with it. |

Ra
The Sun King himself, Ra stands heads above the rest of the Egyptian
gods. As the wearer of the Hat...OF THE GODS! (the sight of which
drives mortals mad) his decisions are unquestionable, even when they
result in total chaos. Fortunately, Ra is much better at fixing his
mistakes than he is at thinking his actions through in the first
place, so everything tends to (mostly) balance back out. On some
occasions, however, his solutions can spin out of control into whole
new problems of their own, but Ra isn't known for backing out of an
elaborate plan once it's in motion... |

Osiris
Being chopped into pieces by the God of Darkness usually puts a damper
on one's mood, but despite that unpleasant experience, Osiris has kept
a cheery outlook on life (or unlife, as the case may be).
Reconstructed and reanimated by his wife Isis, Osiris was welcomed
with open arms into the Egyptian pantheon by Ra, who decided to crown
him King of the Underworld. Considering that the underworld already
had a king in Anubis, this might not have been the wisest of moves,
but Osiris seems blissfully unaware that he has stepped on anyone's
toes. He frequently finds himself as Ra's right hand man, which is
more than a little odd, considering Osiris' own right hand seems for
all intents and purposes to still be MIA. |

Pan
God of shepherds, wild places, pastures and rustic life in general, Pan tends to go wherever his roving hooves take him, preferring not to be tied down to any one place. Although a consummate ladies' man, he also considers himself quite the gent, and always treats the girls with respect. His likes include western attire, line dancing, and country music. Despite all the rumors, he has requested that we remind everyone that he is most assuredly NOT DEAD. |
